For so many of us, choosing to be a part of the Courageous Access Black Women's Conference was a declaration that we are ready to heal. But healing doesn’t start next Spring—it starts right now, exactly where you are.
As a CABWC ticketholder, we are continuing open wider this exclusive, gentle space to practice putting yourself first. Before this month we welcomed you to The Healing Before.
Now we welcome you to The Healing Continues journey.

For the next 4 weeks - starting Wednesday, Oct 28 - we are taking our Community Conversation platform into an intimate, safe viewing experience of Netflix’s docuseries, Ladies First. We aren't just looking at the music; we are looking at the women. We are watching how they found their own voices, how they protected their peace, and how they gave themselves permission to exist fully.
We will watch one short segment together (under 1 hour) and end with an intentional Liberation Wrap-Up—a space to unpack what it means to choose you, to heal from the things that tire you, and to get our hearts ready to step into the room together next Spring.
